South Pacific Health Clubs Personal Trainers offer a first class professional service.

Our Trainers have obtained recognised certification from professional bodies regarding exercise prescription, functional anatomy, fitness testing and training principles and are all registered with Fitness Australia.

Whether you are training for a sport, a challenging outdoor activity or aiming to reach a special goal, the time spent with your personal trainer will provide you with a game plan for success.

Miles Andrew

- Fitness Cert 3 and 4

Miles has worked closely with personal trainers and sports scientists for 8 years, developing his knowledge and skill set as both an athlete and trainer. As he is currently training as a power lifter chasing national records, Miles specialises in strength training and athletic conditioning, as well as muscle building and toning.
As the founder of The Miles Andrew Strength & Conditioning Academy, Miles prides himself on offering exceptional professionalism and personalisation to help you achieve all your fitness goals.

Tegan Fisher

Growing up being a dancer & always active playing sport, Tegan’s career was bound to be within the fitness industry. After travelling & putting on some weight Tegan started Pilates & found herself really enjoying it & understanding the movements of the human body, so she became a Pilates Instructor which she been doing for nearly 5 years. Within that time Tegan started her own business called Kinnect Fit & moved to London for 2 years where she worked in a gym & trained/worked with elite powerlifters & coaches, which lead her to becoming a Personal Trainer. Tegan’s main focus is strength & conditioning, making everyone feel comfortable & confident to train with weights & maintaining correct technique. Having had a knee injury & going through rehab, she likes to focus on rehab bringing Pilates & PT together for a better feel/understanding of your muscle movements.

Lachlan Gibbs

Growing up in Melbourne, Lachlan loved playing sports. As a teenager he played football but after a number of injuries he turned to training in the gym and has never looked back. Hours of training turned into helping others which was the beginning of his career as a Personal Trainer.
Lachlan has really found his passion in life and once you meet him you will see his knowledge in all areas of fitness is inspiring. Whether its training, nutrition or general health/wellbeing, Lachlan will be your motivation to getting the results you want!

Zach Shepherd

Having previously trained people in the corporate environment in the city, where busy and full on lifestyles were common Zach found ways to work healthy living into their lives with some significant results. And by working with clients ranging from university students to middle aged and older clientele he can communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds.
His biggest skills in training are with functional strength & conditioning, and nutrition coaching, by working with you to improve your healthy eating habits and skills so it’s easy for you to sustain, rather than giving you a meal plan you’re unlikely to follow (at least for a long time).
Perfect isn’t necessary. Consistency is.

I first began my health and fitness career with an open mind and desire to learn. I worked in several gyms across Melbourne and on sea these moves has challenged me and has shaped my ability as a Personal Trainer today. Helping others to do the same in their goals has been a passion of mine throughout the 10 yrs. in the industry.
I am a qualified massage therapist and have interest in health and wellness is all forms. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness and finding the best approach for you as an individual.
I strive to take my clients to the next level, new heights, and inspire them to reach above and beyond their goals.

Natalie Pearce

Natalie first comes to South Pacific Williamstown with a history working as a trainer in both a gym and elite sport environment at North Melbourne FC and Melbourne United.

Natalie strives to combine strength and conditioning training with her knowledge of injury rehabilitation to ensure her clients can not only recover from injuries, but reach boundaries they never thought they could.

Natalie has completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and is currently completing her Doctorate of Physiotherapy applying the best in evidence based practice in each of her sessions with her clients. Currently she works at a sport trainer at Essendon Football Club in their AFL, VFL and Women’s teams. In Nat’s own time she has a love for all things sport so feel free to approach her and ask her anything AFL or NBA related.
